This unit explained the importance of assessing the progress of English students and evaluate the course. This unit went over the different kinds of tests that are used and the specific uses of each. I learned a lot about the different kinds of external tests that are needed for learners of English to take in order to study or work where English is spoken. I also learned the importance of assessing students in order to track their progress and see what more needs to be taught.
