In my opinion this topic is crucial as everything starts with a discipline and every teacher should know how to manage his/her class effectively. From this unit I have learnt about seating arrangements of students, positioning of teacher in the class, pros and cons of group and individual work as well as tips on how to react on problem behavior. Most important tip is never to be shy to ask for advice from more experienced teachers.
