The content of this unit helped provide an overview of how to manage a classroom. It gave beneficial information about when and how to use group work, pair work, individual work, and whole class work. This unit spelled out the advantages and disadvantages of each. Specifically it provided information about teacher talk time, building a rapport with students, how to give instructions, and a host of other things. I found the information about the different classroom setups very helpful.
