This chapter has taught me that there are different ways to manage a classroom, especially depending on your specific personality. Maintain discipline in class but also build a friendship and create a fun atmosphere. A teacher must know when to be strict and take control but also when to leave students alone. Good and clear instructions are important for allowing students to understand what is expected of them and what they should do in order to thrive to their best ability.
