In this unit, i watched the ESA demonstration classes video and i have learnt that a teacher's attitude and how he uses various teaching techniques in the class, goes a long way to making the class a success. The first lesson was boring, the teacher did not use his voice well and did not engage the students at the beginning on the class, he also did not smile or clap for the students when they get a correct answer, neither did he use teaching aids and gestures to make the class lively and interesting. The second lesson did not lack the above listed techniques and that lead to a very lively class with high level of participation from the students.
