This is probably my favorite units of all. I was always wondering about effective classroom management skill and this talks about what I was looking for. I did not know that I should call out students' name in random order. Also, I realize the importance of pair work for language learners. I thought it would be more distracted for lower graders, but it works well in upper grades or grown-ups. I will try to apply in my classroom with the skill sets I have learned in this unit.
