It gives you a good advice of how to behave as a teacher in the classroom and also how learners feel with everything the teacher does, i got interested about the motivation part, For me as a learner it was quite good when i said i wanted to learn a new language but for a few friends it was very difficult because they couldn't find their own motivation, so as a teacher it's our job to encourage the learners and make them feel confident about what they want and also about what they expect from the language they are about to learn
