The descriptions for what makes a good teacher are accurate and logical. In the same way, the factors that create successful learners make sense as well - not just for language learners, but for all learners. I think the breakdown of ability levels was most helpful to me. I didn't really realize/think about there being that many levels, but each description makes sense. I would hope that I can remember to model correct techniques as I work with the English language learners in my classroom.
