I have learned that attitude makes it different to teach ESL students. The first video made me feel uncomfortable that students were not treated in a polite way. Teachers always come up with a respectful and friendly attitude that students can feel safe. Also, language learners tend to be very visual that there should be always examples of how they are going to work on given worksheet. The second lesson was very effective for students because the teacher was not rude and said. "Thank you" many times for correcting students answers. Students did not feel intimidated but more engaging and participating in the lesson.
