In this unit, I have learnt about different teaching approaches and their pros and cons as applied in the classroom. I understand that different methodology should be used according to different learning stages as well as student's level of ability. I have also learnt the effective way of gaining students' motivation and how can we apply ESA in a classroom setting. This unit also provides me with much insights and ideas on the interesting activities and games that we might use in classroom to get students' much involvement and attention as well.
