Unit 20 is very important and relevant for all teachers. This unit is talking about troubleshooting. From the content accord to my understanding unit 20 is talking a about the difficulties teachers face when handling a classroom with their students. And also it made me to understand that despite the difference between the teacher and the students, the teacher must be able to provide an effective learning for the students. And I doing so they are different techniques that can be use like passing ball game, being gentle, pair the weaker and the stronger kids together and having a bored free class.
