This unit was about materials available to the teacher. It mentioned using authentic materials for the students learning of the language. Authentic material can be more interesting to the student and allow the student to practice a real life scenario. this unit also brought up created material by the teacher which allows student specific learning. Books were mentioned at the end of this unit. Books help the teacher as well as the students. There are advantages as well as disadvantages to using books when teaching.
