I personally think that this unit is one of the most important components of this course. Being a teacher can give us a lot of challenges. Regardless it is arguable whether lesson plans are helpful or not, it is very important for a teacher to be able to plan his classes accordingly. I have learned this thing called P.I.E. for proper time management which stands for Planning, Implementing and Evaluating. Thinking ahead of time and making sure everything falls into place during your class is important.
