This unit covered some basic rules of engagement with new students mostly how to deal with a first class as to the way of building rapport with new students and how to help them acclimate with their new class environment. It is also helpful with how to aid students that are not so proficient in the English language by using their peers as a crutch by pairing them with the a more knowledgeable one. Great lesson which helps with some management class issues.
