This unit has helped me in drawing a distinct picture of how I will manage within class to organize my students in class, in groups, pairs and individuals. Another factor which will help me is the method in which I will maintain discipline in class. Ive realized Ive always been more personal on problems than being logical and rational in the action. I believe my ways and methods in treating a student in the future will greatly transform based on the knowledge acquired through this unit.
