This unit is a recap of several aspects studied in the course. There are in the unit some specific matters treated more in details, such as first lessons and how to behave while conducting one (including activities to "break the ice", the presence of learners of different language levels in the class and how to deal with it, how to deal with large and very large classes and how to deal with reluctant learners. Another topic examined is also the native language of the students, which they should avoid as much as possible and the teacher should promote the usage of English by being positive even when the learners make a mistake and only responding to English language.
