I have learned about the roles of teachers. I did not know I am doing so many jobs, as a manager, controller, organizer, assessor, prompter, participant, model, facilitator, and an observer. This is great that I could see all the details of teachers' role. Also, the categories of language level were very helpful to me since I was in ESL as an adult and I am teaching elementary students who need ESL work too. Being a second language learner teacher requires a lot of patients and through this unit, I learned about how to be a good teacher and what I need to work on as a teacher.
