This unit gives me a brief introduction of the qualities,roles and responsibilities of both "good"learner and teacher in the classroom. I have learnt much about this topics and gained basic understanding of becoming a qualified teacher in future. A good teacher is not only required to care about his teaching, but even more about the learning of the students. After learning this unit, I know that it is vital for teacher to switch between different roles appropriately and carry out the required role in order to meet diffrent demands of student from different language levels.
