Different from the rest of the lesson unit that we have learned so far, Unit 10 lesson is presented via two videos. The first video demonstrated how the teacher made several basic mistakes while teaching the class and the students do not appear to be confused and afraid to participate. In the second video, the teacher was using a ESA method combining with his positive attitude (smiling and laughing with students) and being patient (awaiting their response and not over-correcting students' mistakes), and was able to effectively involve all students in the lesson and activities.
