Over the past year or so, I was asked to do a video tutorial as part of training for a team i was a part of in a direct sales company. I had to research and get the correct info and lay it out in a sensible way.
If I had not done this, the lesson would have taken MUCH longer, would have had no fluidity or consistency and would have only confused the participants more. Because of having done this, I can see the need and usefulness in planning a lesson ahead of time. It takes a lot of the worry out of what to do next, or how to role the current topic into the next.
