I found this unit to be a very helpful start to this course as a general introduction to behaviours of successful teachers and learners. As a teacher, I think that it is crucial to understand the existence of differing learning styles and motivations, as well as the importance of deploying diverse teaching methods to complement these styles and levels of proficiency. This is important so that students can reach their full potential in learning the subject matter! This unit provided a clear and concise summary of these elements of the classroom environment, and a solid foundation for the rest of the course.
