There are, inevitably, many difficult challenges that one will encounter when one is first starting out, or is inexperienced as a teacher. Even experienced teachers will have challenges, especially when getting used to new material, a new class or a new philosophy/methodology at a new school. Learning to deal with these challenges - and improving one's practice as a result - is the only way to become a better teacher. It is the same with any job. Although there are many techniques, tips and tricks one can use to mitigate difficult circumstances as much as possible, learning how, when and in what manner to employ them is what separates an inexperienced teacher from one just starting out.
