In this unit talks about teacher and learner and what makes a good teacher and learner. For teacher part mentions about teacher in many roles during teaching and how to mange the role for suitability with each activity. For learner part mentions about the three factors of learner like age, culture, and level and each category have a clear information.
I think this unit is very helpful to improve my teaching and my English as well. Even I just have started one unit and it gives me the idea of being a good teacher and understand students more. It makes me know that relationship is important in teaching and learning because it makes teacher, especially students feel comfortable to learn and teach. And also one thing I have noticed that I have learned and it improves my teaching, it's when I first read at the first page of the lesson and found the sentence says that: "A good teacher should have a good rapport and interaction with the class". I use this sentence into practice and It works!!. And moreover, as I read the lesson which it's in English. I know many new words that use for teaching course and my English seems improve as well. Thank you for such a good idea of teaching. I appreciate that.
