In this unit I learned which methodologies there are for teaching students and the pros and cons to each. I think this is valuable for me to know because I see the value and realize that different methods can be used in different circumstances and each in their own place. I also learned the best format for a lesson and the variations on the ESA format lesson. I like how the lesson is more formed around the student's needs and comfortability rather than the teacher's need to speak constantly. I think this will really make the environment conducive to learning.
