the most important thing that this unit has taught me is that Mistakes and Errors are not the same, and I learned how to spot them and correct them accordingly.
I often thought that correction was key, but I now understand that its all about timing, since too many correction can severely kill the motivation of a student and their self esteem.
I learned about the different theories, techniques and methods and the best way to implement the ESA elements, but most importantly how to motivate a classroom for this method to be effective in its application.
