I have learnt the different ways to approach any trouble that arises during classroom teaching. The most important is how to handle reluctant students who are usually less active in the lesson. The other one is the activities to use while establishing a rapport when faced with new students. the other important aspect is how to treat the mixed ability students to ensure they are on the same level with the rest of the students.
