In this lesson trouble shooting i have gain knowledge about first lessons ,dealing with new groups and existing groups and the differences between the two.I have also learnt the best ways to gain rapport with the students and also how to deal with different levels of student abilities.I also learnt the best way to deal with big classes and some of the problems that can arise .I would like to say I throughly enjoyed this course and thought it was well structured
