Unit 2 is about parts of speech. To construct an English statement effectively, it is important to understand the parts of speech which make a sentence complete and meaningful. I learned that the subject is a doer of an action (e.g. noun). Secondly, I have discovered that an adjective describes subject words (nouns and pronouns) such as pretty, ugly and so on. Thirdly, I have gotten to know that a verb is an action or doing word. Lastly, I learned that an adverb describes verbs, adjectives like quickly, slowly and so on. Theses part of speech come together to help learners write and speach good English Language.
