I have learnt that a good teacher should be patient and kind. Also, they should be caring for their kids. Without their care, they can't observe their kids weakness. Kids can develope their English language well only by knownig and developing on their weakness. So they need teacher's observation and care. But, kids themselves also should have their own desire and willingness to learn English Language. With two sides effort, the teaching of English Language will be successful.
