This unit talk about managing classes.It introduced how to use eye contact, gesture and the voice to manage the classroom.And it also introduced how to group students and arrange classroom.The ways that can reduce the amount of time i spend with my back to the class are very helpful.It reminds me to include all students equally in any activity and do not allow individual students to 'hog' my attention. It discussed about the advantages of TTT and disadvantages of TTT.It give us some ways to make our instructions effective and the ways to help establish rapport.It also talked about maintaining discipline and it will really help me deal with the behavior problems.
