This topic has really opened my eyes and I have learnt much about classroom management skills. I usually use more of these while in class like gestures, eye Contact, clear voice, grouping student in pairs and whole class groupings in activities and so on. However I have learnt how to establish a rapport with students and how to maintain classroom discipline. I have also learnt that one should not ask the students the question" do you understand?" to check their understanding.
