This unit talks about the importance of teacher-learner connection in class. The teacher and the learner equally contribute to achieve a desirable learning experience. The teacher must balance knowledge, character, and rapport while the learner should be physically and mentally invested in class.
While we cannot expect the same response from all the learners we can encounter, this unit (at its best) trains teachers to wholly embrace the roles embedded to this profession, and to set learners' learning experience as the top priority.
