After studying this unit I've understood that managing classes is a very inportant task for every teacher. You can make a successful and productive class only in case if it's managed well and many of the factors were taken into the account. To get good results you have to pay attention to the many points like grouping students, classroom arrangement, teacher and student talking time, the rules you should follow when you are giving instructions or establishing rapport. Also i the unit were given good pieces of advice how to maintain discipline and lots of information about the reasons why students can have some problems with behaviour and how to prevent them avoiding shouting and irritating.
