This unit teaches us about books and materials that should be used when teaching a lesson. Authentic materials are anything a native speaker would. Authentic materials are interesting and motivating to students. I learned that the course book affects how the students learn. A course book that has supplemental materials and is easy to understand facilitates the students' interests and makes learning much more enjoyable. If the students understand the materials, they are likely to be confident and motivated.
