This unit introduced and covered information with respect to teaching young children through teaching adults in a business setting. It gave useful information with respect to assessing language levels, do's and don'ts with respect to obtaining and maintaining attention and motivating individuals , providing age and level appropriate activities, all with the end goal of improving learners English language skills.
