I was required to watch two videos for this unit. They were both ESA demonstration videos of two kinds of classes, a bad, terribly conducted class with poor teaching skills and the inability of the students to actually learn anything and a well taught class that showed how a classroom should be conducted, how students should be taught for good understanding and a good example of how a good ESA teaching form should look like. Right from the first video, I could see all the errors that the poorly taught class teacher made. He did not pay any attention to whether or not the students were actually learning, did not correct them in the appropriate manner and also did not use teaching skills that were appropriate, therefore not allowing the students to learn anything any at all. In contrast to the first video demonstration, the second video showed what an appropriate class would actually look like. The teacher was very friendly and accommodating to the students and also used appropriate teaching and classroom management skills. The students were able to learn well
