In this Unit,I learned how to manage a classroom,such as eye contact,gesture and the voice, learned when and how to do these, also learned activities geared to the whole class, students working alone of pairs, and for each of them what the pros and cons are, learned using different way reduce the amount of time spending with one's back to the class, learned how to balance teacher talking time and student talking time, how to give instructions.
