Unit 5 provided detail information on Classroom management which was truly appreciated. As a new Teacher my greatest fear is Student Discipline because I understand the importance of culture and diversity, and that there are all types of learners, and so this unit provided great solutions or situations I may face in the future. I also found the section on classroom setting quite informative because currently working as the Assistant Teacher at my schools students are mainly placed in rows and sometimes it can be difficult for them to see the television or myself when I am doing word check and so it provided some ideas that I can implement in my lessons to provide quality learning. Finally, it provided a reminder as to why Teacher Talk Time should be lessen as best as possible to ensure that Student Talk Time is increased and that students are getting as much out of each lesson while covering all objectives.
