In this unit we have looked at common problem situations and how to deal with them: how to face with a first lesson, what to use as warmers, how to manage a group with students at varying levels, what to do to involve all students when we have a large class, what to do to help reluctant students and how to achieve the challenge of helping students to improve their listening.
