This unit focuses on the relationship of a teacher to his/her students, how he/she will be able to establish a good relationship, understand, help, and motivate students. Also, the different roles of a teacher inside the classroom and how it affects the learning process for the students, the culture and language barrier. Some difficulties handling students of all ages, from zero to adult, thinking of new strategies to make the class more interesting and get everyone to participate. Another important factor is how to correct students in a manner that they will not feel humiliated, especially teens to adult because they are more conscious of their surroundings, unlike children who are more care free and do not take being corrected as something that is negative. Lastly, it's very important to evaluate the level of knowledge of students to further help them properly in their English language journey.
