In this unit, I've learned about teaching special groups. First, when it comes to teaching beginners, I should prepare myself with the methodology and the techniques. There are real beginners and false beginners, but they all require the same teaching methods. I need to motivate them rather than over correct them, be sensitive, focus on the easy parts not the difficult ones. When it comes to teaching individuals, I also need to design the class that suits them and make the activities interesting. When it comes to teaching children, the class discipline should be more focused than before, and there are also different methods for children teaching. At last, When it comes to teaching business, I need to figure out what they need first, analysis the needs, plan the program. By studying this unit, I've learnt how to meet the needs of different kinds of students, and what I should be care of and focus on.
