In Unit 17: Equipment and Teaching Aids, I learned there are many materials that can be easily accessible and convenient for while teaching lessons that will help and encourage the learning of the students. For example there are whiteboards, overhead projectors, radio, cassette players, worksheets, etc. With these materials, educators are able to be creative with their lessons and gain full ability to teach their students in creative, and engaging ways. In addition, Unit 17 provided context for using such materials and keeping in mind that the teacher must be prepared to use them, and have backup plans in case of a system failure.
