In unit 19 I learned that there are ways to approach young learners that will enable you to better engage them. Also, that when the students are getting bored, it's on you and your teaching and not on them. I also learned that there is a lot of preparation involved in coming into a young learners classroom.
Within the realm of business learners, I learned that there may be power dynamics at play when dealing with groups of employees from the same company and to be careful to treat all the students equally.
