In this unit, I have grasped what makes a good teacher. I have also learnt which features make a good learner. I have found out the differences between the different age groups from motivation, behaviour and experience perspectives. Moreover, I got familiar with language levels and the differences from each other. I understood the equivalence of these levels in Common European Framework.
While I was reading through the roles of the teacher, I understood that there is no fixed role that we must follow; yet as a teacher we must shift the roles according to the activity and the situation.
