People usually think that teachers have to be the dominant ones, like in the role of Manager, but in this unit we learned that there are many activities that require a different approach of the teacher depending on what the students expect and what do we want to gain from them. I think it was also positive that you standarized more the language levels of the students so we can classify them better at the start of a course.
