This unit allowed me to understand the characteristics of a good teacher and to realise how important it is for a teacher to be flexible in its different roles.It also by clealy defining learners base on their englis level, age and motivations ,gave me a structural data collection pattern through which I can accurately assess learners so as to define an appropriate and targeted teaching method.
