In this unit I've learn a lot about classroom management. What I liked most is the ways of driving students' attention during the lesson, I'll try to use more eye-contact during the lesson. And I like the phrase that not only extaverts can be good teachers, as it is considered as a stereotype.
One more point that I find usefu is the peculiarities of putting the desks in the classroom and the position of the teacher during the lesson. I've never thought about it that much, so now I can use your pieces of advice in my own work.
