The unit observes qualities of teachers and learners, roles a teacher can take in the class, different language ability levels, difference between students of different age in their perception of teaching and motivation. Unit's information correlates and supports my own experience. I find information about young learners especially useful, because I work with kids from 4 to 12, some of my students already show qualities of teen age learners and they are sure to be not easy to teach.
