This unit cover managing classes and full of useful and interesting information. Though it would be good to have some advice about managing young teenagers. They have very low internal motivation, and some information about how to work with children who see kindness as a sight of weakness would be useful. I suspect this problem often present itself in Asian countries where students are often from wealthy families. Save that, I find this unit instructive and being exactly the thing I was looking for.
