Books and materials could be divided into authentic materials and created materials. Authentic materials are very interesting and motivating, which help students gain confidence in language learning, whereas created materials include crosswords, words search puzzles, role play cards, flashcards, etc.
When choosing teaching materials, teachers better not stick to the coursebooks all the time and make some adjustment according to students' levels.
